1. Who we are
TDH Gems (“we”, “us”) supplies certified loose gemstones to verified jewellers and dealers on a trade-only basis. This policy explains how we handle the information you share when you register for an account or submit an enquiry.
2. Information we collect
When you register we collect your full name, email address, phone number, company name and business address. When you submit an enquiry we record the gemstone reference and the message you send. We also log which published stones you view, so we can understand demand across the collection.
3. How we use it
We use your details to review and approve trade accounts, to respond to your enquiries, and to improve the relevance of the collection. We never publish your contact details to other clients or to the public.
4. Sharing
Your information is used only by TDH Gems staff responsible for account review and order handling. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing enquiries@tdh-gems.com.
